She is a folk dancer as well as a bharatnatyam dancer, and has been associated with Kedar Art Research Centre, Vadodara for more than 20 years. She has performed more than 1000 stage shows in India and globally under the able guidance of Late Smt Pratibha Pandit & through ICCR.
She has won many prizes for the best garba dancer during the Navratri festival, Vadodara.
She is the youngest woman stock broker and was awarded the ‘Rajiv Gandhi Excellency Award’ by Shri K.C Panth at Trimurthy Bhavan, New Delhi in 1996.
She has been the president of the Vadodara Stock Exchange for a term of three years from 2016 to 2018.
Ms Sonal parikh is also the business executive for TV Asia, USA.
Has also been involved in various NGO programmes like the United Way Of Baroda for the upliftment of society. She has organized and conducted free medical camps, Awareness programmes etc in and around Gujarat.
She is a member of the women’s committee for Baroda Cricket Association (BCA).
She also owned an Event Management Institute in Vadodara, where many young aspiring talents were trained.
